The Parent Reset:
You're not a monster. You're a mom who needs a minute—and a plan
A 6-session virtual series to help you reset your energy, reduce power struggles, and lead your family with more connection and calm without abandoning yourself.

You’re carrying it all—the schedules, the meltdowns, the emotional labor—and wondering how you’ll make it through this season without snapping (again).
But this isn’t how parenting needs to feel.
Your reset is ready for you.

The Parent Reset is your exhale.
Over six weeks, you’ll stop doing it all alone -
and get the structure, support, and real-life tools you need to feel more like you again.
This isn’t about "fixing" your kid.
It’s about resetting your role - so power struggles fade, calm leadership returns, and easy connection feels possible again.
Because when you feel supported, everyone in the family benefits.
This is for you if...
-
You’re emotionally tapped out and short on patience - and starting to feel it in your body and your tone.
-
You love your kids deeply - but lately don’t love how things feel at home
-
You're craving structure and true connection, but refuse to add more to your already full plate
-
You need tools that actually work for sensitive, spirited, or neurodivergent kids
-
You’re ready to parent with more confidence & connection (not just more consequences)
-
You sense change coming (a move, job shift, relationship strain...) and you want your home to feel steady, safe, and supported before it hits.
What's Inside?
The Parent Reset:
You’re not a monster. You’re a mom who needs a minute — and a plan.

Meet Your Host:
Alyssa
Hey there. I’m Alyssa—parenting coach, educator, single parent, and cat lover—supporting parents who want more ease, clarity, and connection at home.
After 17 years in the classroom and advanced degrees in education and psychology, here’s what I know for sure:
Kids grow best in environments where connection matters more than compliance, and learning is something they own—not perform.
(And so do parents.)
I help loving families reclaim their energy, stop parenting from burnout, and build strong family systems rooted in trust, true collaboration, and self-leadership—for you and your kids.
My unique approach blends real-life strategy with nervous system support, subconscious repatterning, and tools that respect your child's voice as much as your own—because cycle-breaking requires more than surface-level fixes.
High warmth, flexible and creative structures, and championing agency—voice + choice + ownership for all—are my jam. If you're ready to feel grounded (and not so alone in it all), I'm here for you.
Rachel, New Zealand
We learned that some of our patterns, especially through the more stressful moments, could be impacting our kids more than we thought. Having Alyssa reassure us, share structures that actually worked, and all the creative ideas to support day-to-day challenges was the perfect mix of what our family needed.
Megan, North Carolina
From the start, this work gave me the space I didn’t know I needed. After session 1, I created intentional ‘Me Time,’ and my girls learned to play independently while I poured back into myself with meditation, journaling, and movement. They loved it, and so did I. No mom guilt either. Just a more peaceful home for us all.
Viv, New York
Alyssa has a way of guiding us with compassion, clarity, and so much insight from her years of teaching. Being in the group setting helped me feel like I wasn't crazy. I left sessions feeling more confident and grounded as a parent - and more connected to others.
