Your child is mid-eye-roll or meltdown, and instead of spiraling into control-mode...
You're no longer second-guessing your decisions.
You stop asking, "Am I doing this wrong?"
And start trusting yourself again.
Because you know what's going on underneath their pushback -
and you finally feel confident in how to address it.
Chaos can't touch your connection.
Imagine this...
This FREE Masterclass is for you if you're...

Inside, you'll discover:
Why you haven't "messed them up" for life and why what's happening in their brains (and at your dinner table) is a necessary part of their healthy growth. (They're not going to be hermits or outcasts, mama.)
Learn the 2 simple shifts you can use immediately (using my SOUL Method) to open up connection. "Waiting for it to pass" is not a plan, but knowing how to respond to their chaos IS.
How to avoid the common mistakes that block connection during the "messy middle" years - the mistakes that keep you stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, overdoing, or guilt.
Discover the hidden patterns of thinking that have held you back as a parent and how you can use those to begin to magnetize the family life of your dreams.
By the end of this Masterclass you'll be able to:

Understand Them
See your child’s resistance through a new, empowering lens (so you'll be at least HALF as bothered by it)

Regulate Better
Catch your own spirals before they take over... and shift them to calm using an easy-to-remember 4-step tool

Lean into Intentionality
Respond with counterintuitive language that builds trust and teaches accountability - without yelling.

Meet your host, Alyssa!
I’m Alyssa Smith - a parenting coach, longtime educator, and mom of two girls in the messy middle years (think: elementary & middle school).
With over 17 years in the classroom, multiple degrees in education and psychology, and training in Positive Discipline, I’ve spent my career helping kids, teachers, and parents grow in confidence and connection.
Before coaching, I taught in Montessori and international schools, led workshops for educators, and was recognized globally for championing student agency. But my most important lessons came from my own kitchen floor - learning to rebuild after loss, burnout, and starting over as a single parent.
Now, I help parents do the same: lead with calm, grow their kids’ confidence, and love their families louder - without doing more.
Because connection, not perfection, is what changes everything. Now it's your turn.
